AFTERMARKET SUPPORT
Obsolescence Management of subsea production system units covering none OEM proprietary equipment specifications and procurement.
We are heavily involved in Agip’ s ABO subsea systems obsolescence management since 2015 covering EPCM’s SMU’s, EPUs, SCM’s, LSCM’s, EPCM’s, watchdog and PLC panels and all Freelance hardware and software applications from 2000 to newer models.
INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT
We support our clients ongoing site receipt test and pre-commissioning activities for both green and brown field onshore/offshore development.
Our scopes cover the following:
SCM, Xmas Trees, IWOCS, Intervention Reels, Running Tools, In-Country refurbishment client site representation management, witnessing of equipment testing and sign off, and also the offshore recovery, strip down, component replacement management, testing, certifying of subsea units offshore load out and offshore deployment/commissioning.
DESIGN ENGINEERING
We have the capacity to produce design drawings for brown and green fields, equipment modifications, equipment re-qualification drawings showing new test, burst, collapse pressure ratings and P& ID’s.
We are well placed to handle engineering projects scopes that are less than 50k manhours utilising in-house and expert resources. We handle design enginering, retrofit/asbuilt engineering for field modifications, tie backs.
We just successfully executed the ABO Field Subsea Systems Offshore Survey and Obsolecsence Studies, part of the deliverables submitted were as-built drawings which represent the current status of the field.
DECOMMISSIONING AND ABANDONMENT
Haven served in ageing oil and gas regions like the North Sea and Gulf of Mexico, our directors and consultants have been heavily involved in many oil and gas offshore asset decommissioning activities. This ranges from assets in water depth of between 40 – 1500m.
In partnership with PDI UK Ltd, we get involved from the asset late life stage through production cessation and all the way through the decommissioning activities. We also have our partner companies who support us with Business strategy, economics and liabilities, regulatory compliance, well plug and abandonment and the actual physical removal of seabed structures.
Another important aspect of our services is engineering strategies and removal of valuable assets for re-use
Technical QAQC & INSPECTION SERVICES
We provide comprehensive technical support for pipeline inspections, ensuring they meet client specifications for both hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon pipelines. Our expertise extends to all aspects of subsea equipment testing and commissioning. We have in-house capacity for QAQC activities, covering fabrication, welding, assembly, integration, and testing. Our recent projects include the AGBAMI Phase 3 subsea equipment QAQC for CHEVRON and NAPIMS, and QAQC for AGIP’s 2019 ABO Intervention campaigns, involving a range of specialized inspection and measurement tools.
TECHNICAL MANPOWER
We match our competent and highly skilled contractors and consultants into clients offices and offshore facilities to support their every busy daily operational schedules. We had two subsea engineers at FMC, one at Energy works and one at Aveon yard for the just concluded Agbami scope.
We recently had drilling and completions senior personnel’s on a land rig working for Niger Delta Petroleum Resources and a well engineering manager working out of Niger Delta Petroleum Resources ’s office in Lagos / PH. We also in the recent past supplied technical personnel to work on pre-commissioning scopes for the Egina FPSO at Ladol yard in Lagos.
PROCUREMENT
Having been procuring specialised subsea non OEM proprietary parts for Agip ABO subsea systems., we specialise in meeting the needs of our clients by procuring specialised equipment at a fraction of the OEM’s price and also at improved lead times through our global buying agencies.
We recently engineered, fabricated, tested and installed retrofit Anodes on all the ABO subsea structures thus giving their integrity a new lease of life. This was achieved by using specialised teeth bearing clamps and CP cables.
INTERVENTION SERVICES
With our great depth of knowledge in managing ageing assets in the North-sea, we have found a niche market for ourselves in the intervention support services engineering space.
We recently executed two offshore intervention campaigns for Nigerian Agip Exploration on the Abo field.
Our engagement covered the preparation of the entire scope of work, preparation of intervention procedures, management of clients 3rd party contractors and contractor equipment, management of equipment mobilization and demobilization to bring down cost, offshore support from FPSO and intervention vessel, execution of MOC,s, supporting client with HSE and SIMOPS, provision of offshore immediate technical decisions, supporting client with the management of campaign cost and organizing project close out sessions.
