HSE Integrated Policy

At DWC & E, we aim to be recognised for our Health, Safety, Environment and sustainability performance. It is our policy to proactively and consistently manage HSE & sustainability to protect our employees, clients, subcontractors, vendors and the communities in which we work.

At DWC & E, the objectives are set, shared, monitored and evaluated in the form of; 

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Management committee meetings
  • Any other departmental objectives
  • Periodic HSE meetings
    To meet its objectives, the organization will operate by the following policies;
  • Promote an environment in which its culture supports sharing of HSE commitment with its employees and are fully involved in its implementation.
  • Establish, implement, maintain and commit to comply with requirements, including legal and other requirements to continually improve our HSE Integrated system to plan, develop and provide reliable products and services to satisfy our clients’ requirements.
  • Committed to comply with the applicable HSE integrated legislations. regulations and standards for those activities carried out by our employees and contractors.
  • Plan, implement and verify HSE integrated training for continual improvement of all our employees and contractors.
  • Evaluate work safety and manage risk at work, to ensure that hazards are eliminated or controlled to the extent, as low as practically possible.
  • Conduct periodic assessments and review our own and contractors’ performance to ensure continual improvement of our HSE integrated system.
  • Maintain a permanent dialogue with clients, subcontractors, employees and other interested parties.
